Jianhua Hi-tech Zone is located in the eastern part of Miyun County, near the exit of 101 national highway and Beijing-Chengde Expressway. It covers a land area of 172 mu and a total building area of about 200,000 square meters (including an area of 160,000 square meters is industrial land and an area of 40,000 square meters is built with offices attached). This zone belongs to the national industrial land, and the infrastructure in the zone is well equipped. Now it mainly needs hi-tech, non-pollution and labour-intensive enterprises with good economic benefits and low resources consumption to settling in.
