Jianhua Hi-tech Zone is located in the eastern part of Miyun County, near the exit of 101 national highway and Beijing-Chengde Expressway. It covers a land area of 172 mu and a total building area of about 200,000 square meters (including an area of 160,000 square meters is industrial land and an area of 40,000 square meters is built with offices attached).
