“Seven Tong and One Ping” (Seven Tong are: water supply, drainage, power supply, communication, traffic, heating system, and gas supply; One Ping is that the ground physiognomy is naturally flat.) is the description of the energy sources environment.
1、Water Supply
The quantity of water supply is 1600 ton/hour. The diameter of the main tubes is 500mm. The type of the groundwater is Hco-Ca+Mg. The degree of mineralization is 260 mg/L and the PH is between 7.1 and 8.1.
2、Drainage
The waste pipes are connected with the sewage disposal factory that can daily treat with 45 thousand tons. The rain through the tubes in the area drains to the Chaobai River.
3、Power Supply
There is a transformer substation of 110 thousand Volts in Beijing Miyun Economic and Technological Zone (BMETZ), and the quantity of the power using is 80 thousand kilovolt-ampere. There also have two 10 kv. circuits and can realize the double loop power supply.
4、Communication
There is a branch of the telecom. The capacity of the IDD equipment is 10 thousand. The wireless communication net is perfect. The optical fiber wideband net has covered the entire area.
5、Traffic
BMETZ is next to the 101 national highway and Beijing-Chengde Railway. It is 65 km from Beijing downtown, 40 km from the capital airport, and 160 km from Tanggu Port of Tianjin. It needs less than half an hour from BMEDA to downtown by the Beijing-Chengde Expressway.
6、Heating System
It is concentrative and united heating in BMETZ. There are four large-scale heating centers. The pressure of heating is 0.6 Mpa. The quantity of steam is up to 150 ton/hour and the steam pressure is 1 Mpa.
7、Gas Supply
It supplies the high quality natural gas to the user, and the supply pressure is 0.8 Mpa, the heat value is 8500-10000 calorie per cubic meter.
